A narcotics officer and a Voodoo priest, Dr. Death, engage in a deadly shootout during a drug raid, only to both meet their demise. However, they are resurrected as zombies, with Dr. Death seeking to dominate the world. The "undead" cop must join forces with his former police colleagues to thwart the priest's sinister plans.
