The movie follows the story of Roger, Anita, and their 101 Dalmatian pups as they prepare to move to the countryside, away from the villainous Cruella DeVil. One pup, Patch, feels lost among the crowd and longs to be a unique hero like Thunderbolt, his TV idol. When Patch learns about an audition for the show in London, he decides to take a chance and attend, despite being left behind by his family. Meanwhile, Thunderbolt faces the threat of being replaced by a younger dog and decides to prove himself by performing a heroic act in the real world.
