Bruce Wayne, a billionaire playboy, relocates to Asia after his parents' death, where he's trained by Henri Ducard and Ra's Al Ghul to fight evil. He discovers Ducard's plan to eradicate evil in Gotham City and intervenes, returning home to adopt the persona of "Batman", using the bat symbol to instill fear in criminals and corrupt officials.
