Billy Lynch, a 17-year-old high school senior, lives with his aunt Cheryl who has raised him since his parents' death. Billy hopes to get a basketball scholarship to the University of Denver, where his girlfriend Julie will attend. However, Aunt Cheryl is possessive and doesn't want Billy to leave or Julie to enter their home. Unbeknownst to those around her, Cheryl is deranged and will do anything to keep Billy to herself.
