In the year 2410, Achilles is afflicted with a disease that threatens to topple the Erebus rulers, a powerful force of human-machine hybrids. In a desperate bid to change the course of history, Achilles escapes back to the present day, where he must prevent the Erebus from ever gaining control. But he is pursued by the relentless Erebus-7, determined to capture him and maintain the status quo.
