Ray Breslin, a master escape artist, is recruited by a CIA agent to test the security of a new maximum-security prison, where the worst criminals will be housed. With his expertise, he's confident in his ability to escape, but upon arrival, he discovers that someone is determined to keep him locked in. With the help of a new ally, Rottmeyer, a fellow prisoner, Ray must use his skills to outsmart the prison's defenses and escape.
