Multinational terrorists in Puerto Rico have threatened the United States with an anthrax bomb, with a second target yet to be revealed. UN agent J.W. Garrison and CIA operative Zack Hamilton must infiltrate the island's jet-set to find the mastermind behind the plot. To do this, they recruit a team of deadly operatives, posing as models, to gather intel at cocktail parties and photo shoots.
