The film takes place in a Tokyo gay bar called the Genet, where the owner Gonda runs a stable of transvestites for his customers. The lead transvestite, Leda, is in a relationship with Gonda and has been his partner for some time. The bar's newest and most popular attraction is Eddie, a young and modern transvestite who lives openly as a woman.
