A group of robbers, including four brothers, take advantage of a riot in Los Angeles to steal from a bank. After a chaotic escape, they seek medical attention at a secret hotel/hospital, Hotel Artemis, where only criminals are treated. The hotel's guests, known by code names, include the brothers and two others. However, their refuge is disrupted by the arrival of a wounded police officer and a critically ill criminal, whose father is notorious for killing anyone who steals from him.
