In Las Vegas, a U.S. military tank test goes awry when Colonel Nelson is electrocuted, causing him to believe he's in the middle of a real war with the city as his target. As he wreaks havoc with the tank's advanced technology, a Special Forces team, led by a woman, is sent to stop him. The team faces off against Nelson in a thrilling battle, eventually forcing him out of the tank and into a gritty fight through abandoned ghost towns.
