Four criminals are hired by a mysterious client to retrieve an object from a deserted island and keep it safe for 24 hours. As they soon discover, the object is a telepathic worm connected to a life support system. Their curiosity gets the better of them, leading to a gruesome chain of events as they are brutally killed off one by one.
