A young boy from New York's streets discovers tickets to a Heifetz concert, reigniting his passion for the violin. He runs away from home and stumbles upon a music school for children, where he's taken in by Professor Lawson and resumes his studies. Despite efforts to raise funds, the school faces foreclosure, prompting the kids to take matters into their own hands and encounter Heifetz in the process.
