Gator McKlusky, a model prisoner serving time for moonshining, is released early to find evidence against Bogan County Sheriff J.C. Connors, suspected of embezzling profits from moonshiners. Gator's motivation is to avenge his brother Donny's murder, whose body was found in a lake.
