Vijay, a college student and athlete, meets Sriman, who needs to win a state-level running competition to secure a job. Vijay decides to run slowly to let Sriman win, but later falls for Abi, Sriman's friend. As their relationship blossoms, Vijay starts experiencing bizarre visions, revealing his Extra Sensory Perception (ESP). He worries about the mental toll of his abilities and decides to stay away from Abi. Abi mistakes Vijay's lookalike, Prasad, for Vijay and marries him. Prasad is a fraudulent bank employee who uses Vijay's identity to marry Abi and gain her wealth. Vijay tries to expose Prasad, but Prasad pretends to be Vijay, causing Abi to doubt her feelings. Eventually, Abi discovers Prasad's true identity and Vijay must confront his doppelganger to rescue Abi and restore his own identity.
