In this Bollywood film, a theater group's lead actors, Bunty and Babla, are constantly at odds over the lead role and their affections for the heroine. When a chance to perform in London arises, the group's leader, Champak Seth, proposes a solution: the first actor to win the heroine's heart will become the hero. In a desperate attempt to impress the heroine, Bunty rescues a woman named Munni from suicide and falls in love with her. Munni, who claims to be the wife of Vikram Chauhan, becomes a part of the group. However, things take a dark turn when Munni's supposed death is revealed, and the group is left to deal with the consequences.
