Red Ryder is hired to investigate the robbery of stagecoaches owned by Colonel Parker, where drivers are being killed. As Red delves deeper, he discovers a gang led by businessman Ernest Murphy and his accomplices, including the whistling Chopin. Red assumes the identity of the gang's hired assassin, the Idaho Kid, and infiltrates the group. However, Murphy becomes suspicious and frames Red for stealing an ore shipment, leading Red to team up with Little Beaver to clear his name and take down the gang.
