Raja, a career criminal, lives in Dubai and partners with his girlfriend Tina and her uncle Chobey. He also impersonates Rahul, the son of a deceased woman, to make extra money. When Chobey owes money to a gangster, Raja helps him by abducting Rocky, a jewel thief with a valuable diamond. However, their plan is complicated by rival gangsters, including JD and Chokshi, who threaten to harm them if they don't hand over the diamond.
