In this adventure film, Jungle Jim, an African guide and hunter, uncovers a vial containing a potential cure for polio, leading him and beautiful scientist Hilary Parker on a perilous journey to find the lost city where the vial originated. Joining them is photographer Bruce Edwards, who is searching for treasure believed to be hidden within the ancient city, despite claiming to have stumbled upon the expedition while lost. As they navigate the jungle, they face the treacherous witch doctors of Zimbalu, putting their lives at risk.
