A Vietnam veteran's traumatic past resurfaces during a training exercise at a military camp, causing him to mistakenly perceive the staff as enemy combatants. As he goes on a rampage, the other participants must track him down and apprehend him before he inflicts further harm. But the camp's owner, fearing the consequences of the incident, has a sinister plan to eliminate the veteran rather than capture him.
