A biker gang takes over a town, sparking a battle between the gang's leader and a determined avenger, with the help of a seasoned veteran. The story begins with a violent store robbery, followed by a threat against anyone who reveals the culprits' identities. Despite this, the avenger, armed with a gun loaded with blanks, manages to apprehend the gang members.
