An unexpected cooking mishap at a convent leads to the untimely death of most of the Little Sisters of Hoboken from botulism. With funds scarce, the remaining four sisters are temporarily stored in a freezer. To raise money for a proper burial, the sisters stage a lively revue featuring comedic song and dance numbers.
