In 1970s Mexico City, a gritty drama unfolds around the daily struggles of a working-class maid in a middle-class family.
In 1970s Mexico City, two domestic workers, Cleo and her colleague, aid Antonio and Sofía in raising their four children. However, their lives are turned upside down when Antonio abruptly leaves with his mistress, and Cleo discovers she's expecting. To help Cleo recover and strengthen her bond with the family, Sofía invites her on a well-deserved vacation with the kids.
