A young girl receives a mysterious DVD titled Terror Toons as a birthday gift. Unbeknownst to her, two "cartoon" characters, Hansel and Gretel, stumble into the lair of a witch who casts a dark spell, transforming them into monstrous forms. As the girl watches the DVD, Hansel and Gretel are pulled into the real world through her television, unleashing chaos and terror.
