Jonathan Kowalsky, a native of Long Island, New York, embarked on a journey to pursue his passion for acting after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in theatre.
Growing up, Jonathan was an accomplished athlete, wrestling since childhood and serving as captain of his high school wrestling team. He further honed his skills by joining the FSU wrestling team.
Upon relocating to Los Angeles, Jonathan dedicated himself to the craft of acting, clawing his way up from scratch through sheer determination and perseverance. His hard work eventually paid off, as his resume progressed from co-starring on numerous TV shows to guest starring and recurring on top-rated TV programs.
As a journeyman actor, Jonathan regularly appeared in indie films, commercials, and TV shows, before being cast as "Mikey" on FX's Justified in 2010. This role marked a significant milestone in his career, as he recurred on the show for five seasons, working alongside some of Hollywood's most esteemed actors, directors, and writers.
This exposure led to numerous opportunities, including a role in the studio film "American Sniper," directed by the legendary Clint Eastwood.
When not acting, Jonathan channels his passion for martial arts into competing in MMA and submission grappling matches. In 2014, he earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Now married with two children, Jonathan continues to hustle for his next role, refining his craft through acting classes, martial arts training, and spending quality time with his family.
