In 19th century China, a group of rebels disguise themselves as school masters in Canton, awaiting the perfect moment to strike back against the ruling Manchu dynasty. After narrowly escaping a brutal attack, one young man dedicates himself to mastering the art of combat, quickly becoming a formidable fighter with a range of deadly skills. He then sets out to take revenge on his oppressors.
