When Shelby Gordon inherits a remote house from her grandfather, she and friends venture to explore it, despite the road being closed and requiring a hike. As they settle in, they begin to vanish one by one, and Shelby suspects that her institutionalized uncle Joshua might be alive and hiding in the Red House.
