Urfin, a cunning and wicked ruler, captures the Emerald City and renames it Urfinville with his army of wooden soldiers. Just as he's about to celebrate his victory, Dorothy, an ordinary girl, arrives and thwarts his plans. She must return home, but not before helping her friends, the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion, defeat Urfin and uncover his true identity.
