Tat, a former SWAT operative now a CID officer in Hong Kong, balances his demanding job with the challenges of caring for his 29-year-old brother, who has a developmental disability and frequently lands himself in danger.
A dedicated cop puts his lifelong dream of sailing on hold to care for his mentally disabled brother, only to find himself entangled in a dangerous gangland feud when his brother is kidnapped to pressure him into revealing a police informant.
