A former patient, freed from a mental institution, reunites with his friend to confront the reality of a terrifying figure, the Tall Man, who is desecrating graveyards and abducting corpses with the help of his gruesome dwarfs. As Mike's friend Redge joins him on a mission to stop the Tall Man, Mike begins to experience strange visions of a mysterious girl, whom he believes is in grave danger.
