A woman is afflicted with a zombie-like curse, resulting in venomous snakes inhabiting her body. As she travels by train to Los Angeles with her caretaker Brujo, a terrifying confrontation ensues, culminating in the snakes breaking free and wreaking havoc on the unsuspecting passengers.
