A group of former US servicemen are trained as mercenaries by Colonel Hogan, who forces them to hunt and kill innocent people in Los Angeles. When their latest victim, a tough marine named Mike Danton, manages to fend off their attacks, Hogan and his men kidnap Danton's wife to lure him out. But Danton finds an ally in a former marine buddy and sets out to take down Hogan's team, with the help of his father, a retired police detective.
