William's job is to make dead bodies disappear, but his farmhouse has become a dumping ground for gang-related murders. His daughter Gloria is used to rough-looking men dropping off corpses, but when a woman's body is dumped, William discovers she's not actually dead. He patches her up and holds her captive until he can figure out what to do with her, and as they develop an unusual respect for each other, the gang learns she's still alive and plans to finish her off.
