South African white supremacists storm a UN facility, killing everyone except one survivor, Major Tipton, who had arrived to collect a lethal strain of Ebola virus and its cure. After destroying the attackers' helicopter, Tipton joins forces with Delta Force operatives, led by Captain Lang, and a South African military officer, Lt. Marie Jonker, to retrieve the virus and its antidote from the extremists. Tipton's skills in diseases are valuable, but his past mistake, which led to Lang's brother's death, makes him unwelcome to join the team.
