In a distant past, Lady Borealis cast a spell to imprison the evil Winterbolt, but she also infused the newborn reindeer Rudolph with her remaining magic. However, Winterbolt has now awoken, and to prevent Frosty's family from melting until the Fourth of July, he gives them magical amulets. This sets in motion a chain of events where Frosty and Rudolph must help Lilly's circus and ensure Milton's high-wire wedding to his girlfriend, all while Santa uses his sleigh to reunite everyone at the North Pole before Winterbolt is left alone on the Fourth.
