In the frozen Antarctic, a team of geologists stumble upon a preserved Nazi laboratory, revealing the remnants of sinister experiments. The Nazis had engineered flying sharks and genetically altered, undead super-humans to ride them, all in an attempt to dominate the world. To thwart this catastrophic plan, a specialized military unit, "Dead Flesh Four," is formed, comprising reanimated US soldiers who fell in Vietnam.
