Counterfeit cash is being printed on a prison ship and shipped to a gambler, Dice, who exchanges it for real money on a floating casino, the Kismet. When the authorities catch on, they arrest Dice and Brass is sent to the prison to investigate, tasked with uncovering the source of the fake bills and the mastermind behind the operation.
