In 1993, a mysterious transmission revealed the structure of alien DNA and instructions for splicing it with human DNA. The experiment resulted in Sil, a being who can transform from a stunning woman to a deadly killing machine at will. To prevent Sil from finding a mate and reproducing, government agent Xavier Fitch assembled a team of scientists and mercenaries to track and eliminate her.
