In 1993 Pennsylvania, a teenage girl named Cameron Post is sent to a strict conversion therapy center after being caught with another girl. The center, run by Dr. Lydia Marsh and her brother Reverend Rick, aims to "cure" Cameron of her same-sex attraction through repentance.
