A school laboratory accident merges a student's vitamin cereal mix with Dexter Riley's chemical experiment, resulting in a super-strength-giving substance. When the kids test it on themselves, they discover it grants humans temporary superhuman strength. The school sees this as a way to save itself from closure, and the Dean makes a deal with his relative's company to secure financial support, unaware that Dexter's chemical was the key to the strength.
