Lucas, a young boy going blind, faces a life-altering decision: a risky eye operation that could restore his sight or leave him permanently blind. As he struggles with his fears and feelings of loneliness, his imagination runs wild, and he begins to see a serial killer stalking blind women, as well as ordinary people as if they were blind. His fixation on his older stepsister, who is about to leave their family home, and his jealousy of her fiancé, further blur the lines between reality and his dark imagination. As the stakes escalate, Lucas must confront the truth: can he recover from the brink of sanity, and what is real among the horrors he's conjured?
