As the planet teeters on the brink of destruction due to catastrophic climate change, governments join forces to launch the Dutch Boy Program, a network of satellites equipped with geoengineering technologies to mitigate natural disasters. After three years of success, however, the program begins to malfunction, threatening to unleash a global Geostorm. Two estranged brothers must now work together to repair the damage and save the planet from impending doom.
