Ghoulies Go to College

In a college setting, a mysterious comic book unleashes three ancient Ghoulies, which are then manipulated by Professor Ragnar to disrupt the annual "Prank Week" tradition. Skip Carter, a charismatic party animal, and his frat house are determined to reclaim the coveted tinfoil crown, but their efforts are hindered by Skip's personal struggles with his girlfriend, who is dating his arch-nemesis Jeremy. As tensions escalate, Jeremy frames Skip, leading to his expulsion, and the Ghoulies are tasked with eliminating Skip and any other frats that dare to stand in their way.
