The story follows fugitive Dom, who's working with his partners Tego and Leo to plan a new heist in Mexico. They enlist the help of Han and break Leo out of prison to join their crew. They meet with a corrupt politician to obtain gasoline for the town, which is facing a shortage. Letty arrives and Dom leaves with her, rekindling their romance before their next job.
