Scarlet, a troubled teenager, is sent to a wilderness camp after her parents' troubled relationship and her mother's death. Despite the camp's efforts, Scarlet appears to make no progress, until she befriends Dylan, a new camper who shares her feelings of isolation. As their bond grows, Scarlet starts to open up about her family secrets and begins to heal. However, when she discovers Dylan's true intentions, she is left heartbroken and contemplates suicide once again.
