Aaron Fa'Aoso's career in the entertainment industry began to flourish in 2004, when he portrayed the character Eddie in the highly acclaimed SBS mini-series R.A.N. This pivotal role earned him a nomination for the AFI Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Television Drama and a LOGIE Award nomination for Most Outstanding New Talent.
Following his successful performance in R.A.N., Aaron joined the multi-award-winning SBS series East West 101, which recently concluded its third season. For his work in the third season, "The Heroes Journey", Aaron received a nomination from the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA).
Aaron's impressive television credits also include City Homicide and Sea Patrol. In 2009, he made his feature film debut in Sue Brooks's Subdivision. Furthermore, Aaron has been actively involved behind the camera, writing and directing the short film Sharpeye, which was part of the SBS Television series Bit of Black Business.
Aaron was one of the creators and performers in the Urban Theatre Projects' highly successful play, Back Home, which sold out at the 2006 Sydney Festival and toured to Toronto, Canada the following year. He has also appeared in various productions, including Howie the Rookie and Njunjal the Sun, presented by Queensland's Koeemba Jdarra Performing Arts Company.
Aaron is a four-time nominee for the Deadly Award for Male Actor of the Year, recognition he received for his outstanding performances in R.A.N. and East West 101.
