Aaron Farb was born on March 12, 1981, in Rockford, Illinois. He began his educational journey by pursuing a double major in Fine Art, specializing in intaglio printmaking, and Business Marketing. Following his academic endeavors, Aaron co-founded a company with his father, focusing on building custom log cabins. The business flourished, but his artistic inclinations eventually led him to explore the world of cinema.
Aaron's entry into the film industry began when he was hired as Christian Bale's stand-in for Michael Mann's film Public Enemies, which was shooting on location in Wisconsin. His success in this role led to further bookings in Chicago, including films and commercials. Eventually, Aaron decided to close his cabin-building company and relocate to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for acting.
Aaron's natural intensity and ability to connect with his characters quickly garnered attention from industry professionals. His studio film debut was alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar (2011),where he played the role of Officer Jones. He has since had the opportunity to work with renowned directors and actors, including Joaquin Phoenix and Paul Thomas Anderson in The Master (2012),Harrison Ford in 42 (2013),Alex Kurtzman in People Like Us (2012),and Jeremy Renner in Kill the Messenger (2014).
