Born and raised in London, England, Adrian arrived in the United States in 1984, working as a choreographer and a model. After a year of taking acting classes with acting coaches, Ivana Chubbuck and Roy London, his first series role came on the ABC television show, The Colbys.
He went on to have a successful 30-year acting career, starring in over 30 films and 200 hours of television. He is internationally recognized for his role as Duncan Macleod in Highlander-The Series.
Adrian has also produced and directed both film and television projects. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including the Broadway play, "Bouncers", the television show, Beauty and the Beast, and the film, Last Rites, with Tom Berenger.
He has also been a part of several notable franchises, including Highlander, where he starred as Duncan MacLeod for six years and directed four episodes, including the epic 100th episode, shot in Bordeaux, France.
In addition to his acting career, Adrian has been involved in various charitable endeavors, including founding the Peace Fund in 1997, which aims to protect, educate, and aid children everywhere. He has also co-founded his own production company, Filmblips Inc., and has written three screenplays.
Adrian has been married to Alexandra since the early 2000s and they have two children together, Angelisa and Royce.
