His illustrious career gained significant momentum following his captivating portrayal of the notorious kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman in the critically acclaimed Netflix series Narcos: Mexico, alongside his role in the feature film American Made, directed by Doug Liman, opposite Tom Cruise.
