Biography

Alexander Belyavsky, a renowned individual, entered the world on May 6, 1932, in Moscow, Russia, to Boris Moiseevich Belyavsky, a notable figure born in 1906 and passed away in 1979, and Lyubov Alexandrovna Belyavskaya, née Petrova, a remarkable woman born in 1906 and departed in 1984.

Alexander's educational journey began at the geological prospecting faculty of the Moscow Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals and Gold, where he earned his degree in 1955. Following his graduation, he ventured to Irkutsk, where he commenced his professional career at the East Siberian Geological Administration, also known as "Sosnovgeology".

While in Irkutsk, Alexander Belyavsky made his debut on the stage of an amateur theater, showcasing his hidden talents. Later, in 1957, he enrolled in the theater school named after B. Schukin, under the guidance of the esteemed course leader V. A. Etush. After completing his studies in 1961, Alexander Belyavsky had established himself as a multifaceted individual with a strong foundation in both geological exploration and the performing arts.

Alexander Belyavsky's illustrious career spanned multiple esteemed theatrical institutions, commencing at the renowned Satire Theater from 1961 to 1964, followed by a stint at the prestigious Stanislavsky Theater from 1964 to 1966, and ultimately, he became a prominent figure at the film actor's studio, a position he held from 1966 onwards.

Notably, Belyavsky's physical attributes, including his robust build, towering stature, and slender physique, lent themselves ideally to portraying complex, nuanced characters. His artistic talent and physical presence seemed to naturally gravitate towards depicting characters with a darker, more brooding nature.

One of his most notable achievements was becoming the inaugural leading actor of the iconic television program "Kabachok 13 Stulev", a beloved series that captivated audiences during the 1960s and 1970s. Additionally, he frequently appeared in Polish films, further expanding his repertoire and demonstrating his versatility as a thespian.

Belyavsky also made notable appearances in the television program "Beloy Popugay", showcasing his range and ability to adapt to diverse roles. Furthermore, he played a significant role in the dubbing of films during the 1980s, with one of his most notable achievements being his Russian voiceover work for the renowned British comedian Benny Hill.

Alexander Borisovich's personal life was marked by two marriages, each with its own unique set of circumstances. His first marriage to Valentina Viktorovna was cut tragically short, as the couple's only child, Boris, met an untimely demise in the summer of 1975.

Born on March 22, 1973, Boris was just two years old when he drowned in a stream, leaving his parents to grapple with the devastating loss. In the aftermath of this tragedy, Alexander Borisovich took in a young boy named Andrei from an orphanage, with the intention of providing a loving home environment.

However, as Andrei grew older, he began to uncover disturbing information about his true parentage, courtesy of "well-wishers" who sought to fill him in on the details. This newfound knowledge led to a significant rift between Andrei and his adoptive family, resulting in a downward spiral that ultimately proved fatal.

In a heartbreaking turn of events, Andrei died at the age of 20, falling from a window and succumbing to his injuries. This tragic turn of events served as a poignant reminder of the devastating consequences that can arise from the complexities of family dynamics and the human search for identity.

Alexander Belyavsky's personal life was marked by two significant marital unions, the first of which was to Lyudmila Tikhonovna, a woman born in the year 1950.

Through this initial marriage, Belyavsky welcomed two daughters into the world. The first of these, Nadezhda, made her debut in 1976, and the second, born in 2003, arrived just three months prior to the actor's unfortunate stroke.
