Aleksandr Vladimirovich Galibin's life commenced on September 27, 1955, in the city of Leningrad, situated within the geographical boundaries of the Soviet Union, which has since undergone a name change and is now officially recognized as St. Petersburg, a metropolitan area located in the western part of Russia.

Galibin's professional career as a permanent member of the troupe at the Theatre of Komissarzhevskoi in St. Petersburg spanned a period of four years, from 1976 to 1980, during which time he had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most renowned Russian actors of his era.
